Shipping Policy
Ownership & Liability:
Dayenight Performance holds ownership of goods and services until the buyer has paid for them in full (irrespective of method of payment), at which point ownership will transfer to the buyer. Dayenight Performance will not release products or provide services until full payment is received. Liability also transfers to the buyer once payment has been made, irrespective of product location or level of service completion.
Such responsibility will include but not be limited to; risk in transit and insurance.
The company will endeavour to ensure that dispatch and delivery is conducted in a timely and efficient manner. However, the company does not accept responsibility for situations that may occur and are out of the companies control. Such situations may include but are not limited to stoppages, transport breakdowns, earthquakes, acts of god, war or accidents.
Shipping:
Dayenight Performance accepts no responsibility for freight, damage or loss once goods leave our store. Property and risk pass to the customer at our store. We accept no liability for goods that are ex-store.
All fully paid orders, received on any business day, excluding public holidays, will be processed either same day or next business day.
Depending on the freight service used, parcel collection/parcel locker addresses and PO boxes may not be accepted. Please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery to a parcel collection/parcel locker address or PO box so we can check if we are able to deliver to you.
Tracking numbers will be provided, if available, for the purpose of following delivery progress and providing proof of delivery. All deliveries require signature upon delivery. If an “Authority To Leave” service is used, Dayenight Performance will not be held responsible for missing, stolen or damaged products.
If a delivery looks damaged or you suspect damage, refuse to sign for the delivery and notify us as soon as possible. If you receive a delivery and find it is damaged, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within the 14 days allowed, we will not be able to process any form of claim. Any damaged items that have been fitted, used or damaged due to incorrect installation will not be covered.
Shipping Insurance on items is the buyer’s responsibility. We can add shipping insurance to all orders upon request although insurance fees will apply.
We will not be held responsible for late delivery due to a fault of the delivery service used.
International Shipping:
We are happy to provide international shipping for our customers located overseas. If you are interested in purchasing products from outside of Australia, please contact us for a freight quote before placing an order as we are currently unable to offer international freight via our website.
Pick Up:
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. Usually this will be the same day, but sometimes this may take up to two business days depending on how busy we are.
Freight Time:
We will not be held responsible for late delivery due to a fault of the delivery service used.
